Account Settings

Account Settings allows users to change their email address and card display name. Card display name also appears in the 'personal' section (on your Manual Card Creation screen) and acts as a title or note area for your DigiCard. Changing your email address options is only available online.

DigiConnect's Account Settings


Subscription option allows users to pick the best plan for them. A free plan is the default option upon initial download, which has limited capabilities. Upgrade your plan to gain access to more features. Changing your subscription can be done online or via the app. More about subscriptions here.

Account Deactivation allows the user to deactivate their account if they no longer want to utilize the DigiConnect service. In the even that you've made a mistake and wanted to comeback, reactivate your account from the goodbye email that's sent upon deavtivation. Account Deactivation is only accessible on the DigiConnect website under 'settings.'

Password Settings

Password Settings gives users the ability to change their passwords. This option is only accessible on the website under 'settings.' If an account has been compromised in anyway, the account owner can try forcing a manual log out via the Device Security option listed below. More about passwords here.

Data Privacy Settings

Data Privacy Settings gives users the ability to choose what others in our Peer Connect network views. Editing data privacy options can be done online or via the app under 'settings' on the dashboard. More on app account settings here. More about altering Data Privacy Settings here.

Device Security Settings

Device Security Settings gives users the ability to remove a [mobile] device from automatic sign in. Removing a device is a manual log out from the app. This option is only accessible on the website under 'settings.' More about Device security here.

Email Alerts Settings

Email Alert settings allows the user to take control over how often they're contacted via email by DigiConnect. Email monitoring is available for email frequency and service updates. Check mark any settings that you are interested in. This option is only accessible on the website under 'settings.'
